Buying your Pub
To keep things as simple as possible, we have listed the procedure that will be involved in buying your pub:
- Find your pub on our Pubs Available pages
- Submit your enquiry to us..... Today!
- We will arrange a formal viewing for you (although we advise you to visit initially as customers)
- Arrange/ ensure your funding is adequate (including working capital)
- Complete the Brewery or owners Application paperwork (Tenancies & Leases)
- Submit your offer to the owner (Freehold only)
- Attend interviews with the Brewery or Owner
- Receive Confirmation that the Pub is yours
- Crack the Champagne!!
- Instruct your solicitors & book the removal van
- Plan for the day you take over your very own pub!!
The above process from start to finish can take from as little as 4 weeks (tenancies & leases) up to at worst 10 weeks (most likely with complicated freehold purchases).
